Sage Mousing Department Head - Sage is our beloved tabby cat whom is never bothered by the tugging of her whiskers by children, the zooming of carts nearly (but not always) missing her tail, or the hugs and kisses of all of our feline loving customers. It is always a delight to experience the “Where’s Waldo” game of our customers and employees searching endlessly for out beloved tabby who is usually in plain sight at all times. Though in previous years, Sage has been instrumental in ridding our greenhouses of small rodents, these days you can usually catch her snoozing and dreaming of pouncing on the trophies of her past.
Cinders Beauty Queen - What can we say about Cinders? We love her. Her attitude isn’t always precious and her actions are sometimes regrettable…but wow is she pretty. Cinders is our pretentiously beautiful long haired grey cat. For those of us who know her, she is a charmingly sweet and loving cat who wants nothing more than to take a nap and be adored by everyone who passes by…just not to be touched. Though sister to charismatic Sage, Cinders was poked, pinched, pulled and prodded a little too heavily through her adolescence and now wants nothing more than to be admired and loved at a distance…but loved nonetheless. We cherish her company and can’t imagine a day at the nursery without her.
